As a valued JPay Progress or payPremier Prepaid Mastercard, we are letting you know that on August 5th, 2024, we will be transitioning to a new sponsor bank, First Century Bank, N.A. (FCB).
In order to continue using your card past the August 5th deadline you will need to accept your new terms and conditions between now and August 5th so that we can send you your new card. Please ensure your contact information is up to date by going into our app, calling 866-777-5729 or contacting chsupport@juicefin.com.
If you do not respond and accept terms by Aug 4th, 2024 at 11:59pm EST, your card/account will be closed and a check will be issued to the last address on file within 30 days.

Important Dates & Changes
This new Cardholder Agreement will become effective upon new card activation or by August 19th, 2024 whichever is earlier. Below are important changes and dates as we transition to First Century Bank, N.A.
CARD PURCHASES
You can use your Card for purchases and withdrawals up to and including on August 4, 2024 at 11:59pm EST. If your account has a $0.00 balance, there’s nothing you need to do. Your account will be automatically closed on August 5, 2024.
LAST DAY TO LOAD FUNDS
You can load your current Card up to and including on Aug 4th, 2024 at 11:59pm ET. After that date, you may no longer be able to load funds onto your Metropolitan Commercial Bank card.
WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO MY AVAILABLE BALANCE
If you have decided to apply for the new Juice Prepaid Mastercard issued by First Century Bank, N.A. (FCB), and you have been approved: Your available balance will be transferred to FCB upon new FCB card activation or by August 19th, 2024 whichever is earlier. If you decided not to apply and you have available balance by August 4, 2024 at 11:59pm, we will issue you a check to your last address on file, within 30 days, at no cost to you.
AUTOMATIC DEPOSITS
You must update your routing number by August 4th, 2024 to not risk interruption. We have made sure that your account number will stay the same, however, your routing number WILL change. Your new routing number will be 061120084. Because of this change, after July 31, 2024, direct deposits and automatic withdrawals will not be processed. Once you activate your new Juice Card, it is critical that you update the routing number with your payroll group or with any 3rd party setup to automatically withdraw funds from your account.

By clicking “Accept New Disclosures” you authorize Juice Financial to transfer the available balance from your current card to your new First Century Bank, N.A. (FCB) card.
