As a valued Mango cardholder, we would like to inform you that Juice routinely reviews its products and we have made the difficult decision to discontinue the Metropolitan Commercial Bank issued Mango Prepaid Mastercard program on August 5, 2024. We encourage you to begin to spend or withdraw the money on your account. Please update your contact information by going into our app, calling 855-687-2114 or contacting chsupport@juicefin.com. You have the option of applying for a new Juice Prepaid Mastercard issued by First Century Bank, N.A.
Please read the following, as it contains important information you will want to remember:
You can load your Card up to and including on July 31, 2024 at 11:59pm. After that date, you will no longer be able to load funds onto your card. You should change any automatic deposits you may have set up with this Card before that date, as they will not be processed after that date. If you get a new card you account number remains the same, and your new routing number is 061120084.
If you are enrolled in the Savings Feature, it will be closed on July 17, 2024 at 11:59pm, and the balance in the Savings Account will be automatically transferred to your Mango Card Account.
If you are eligible for interest earnings, the interest payment will be deposited to your primary account by July 31, 2024.
You can use your Card for purchases and withdrawals up to and including on August 4, 2024 at 11:59pm. If your account has a $0.00 balance, there’s nothing you need to do. Your account will be automatically closed on August 5, 2024.
If you have decided to apply for the new Juice Prepaid Mastercard issued by First Century Bank, N.A. (FCB), and you have been approved: Your available balance will be transferred to FCB upon new FCB card activation or by August 5th, 2024 whichever is earlier.
If you decided not to apply and you have available balance by August 4, 2024 at 11:59pm, we will issue you a check to your last address on file, within 30 days, at no cost to you.

If you would like to continue to use a similar product, we would encourage you to apply for our new and improved Juice Prepaid Mastercard.

If you would like to apply for the new Juice Prepaid Card select “Accept New Disclosures”, if you are approved, we will transfer your available card balance as of August 5, 2024, if any, to your new Juice Card on or before August 5, 2024.
If you decide to close your current Card and receive a check refund for your balance, we would like to thank you for choosing Juice.
