As a valued Juice cardholder, we are letting you know that on May 6th, 2024, we will be transitioning to a new sponsor bank, First Century Bank, N.A. (FCB). In order to continue using your card past the May 6th deadline you will need to Opt-In to your new terms and conditions. If you do not respond and Opt-In by May 1st, 2024 at 11:59pm EST, we will issue you a check to your last address on file.
