In order to continue using your card past the May 6th deadline you will need to Opt-In to your new terms and conditions. If you do not respond and Opt-In by May 1st, 2024 at 11:59pm EST, we will issue you a check to your last address on file.

Up to $250 per event. Up to 30 days covered from the Date of Purchase. $50 minimum claim amount

Up to $10,000 per event. Up to 2 years.
ID THEFT

CELL PHONE INSURANCE
Up to $600 per Event. $50 deductible applies Claim must be reported within 90 days of incident. Each claim is subject to a deductible.

RETAIL LOAD
Retail load fee of 0.5% added. (does not include GreenDot).
RETAIL UNLOAD
Retail unload fee of $4.95 added. (does not include GreenDot).
POS PIN PURCHASE
POS PIN debit purchase US from $0 to $1.
POS PIN PURCHASE DECLINE
POS PIN debit purchase US (declined) from $0.25 to $0.50.
POS SIGN DECLINE
POS SIGN Purchase decline from $0.25 to $0.50.
ATM WITHDRAWAL
ATM Withdrawal US from $2.50 to $3.50 or 1%, whichever is greater.
ATM WITHDRAWAL INTERNATIONAL
ATM Withdrawal (International) from $3.95 to $4.95.
ATM BALANCE INQUIRY INTERNATIONAL
ATM Balance Inquiry (International) from $1.50 to $2.50.
CLOSE CARD FEE
Close card from $4.95 to $10
EXPEDITE REPLACE CARD
Expedited replacement card from $29.95 to $30.
