You can access your new card information in the Juice Mobile app in 3 easy steps!

  1. Use your regular login information to access the Juice Mobile app and tap the card on your screen.  
 

2. You will be sent a one time passcode to the phone number associated with your account. When received, enter that passcode into the boxes and hit “Submit”. 

3. Your card will flip and show your name, new card number, card expiration date, and 3-digit CVV / security code.   

With your new card information, you may complete online purchases, update any subscriptions or payment services you may have linked to your old card, and much more! 

You may also access through the Juice Cardholder Portal (go.getjuicecard.com) using the same login credentials and following the same steps. 

Now that you have your physical card, go to juicefin.com/activate or call (800) 961-8206 to turn it on and begin using! 

Don’t forget to set your PIN! 

Currently your new card is not available to use in a digital wallet. Check back soon for an update! 

You will need your physical card before you can complete purchases in person, however, you can complete many purchases online just by using your 16-digit card number, expiration date, and 3-digit CVV. 

Your new card information is available in your Juice Mobile app or Juice Cardholder Portal

When checking out, you will be asked for your name, card number, expiration date, CVV/security code, and billing address. 

Websites may very from site to site, so please follow the prompts as listed on the site you are attempting to complete a purchase from. 

If your payment attempt fails, please ensure you are using the new and correct card details such as card number, expiration, CVV/security code, billing address, etc. 

Also please double check you have sufficient funds to cover the purchase, and this is an allowed purchase for your account.

Yes! As of December 23rd, 2024, you can view your new card information in the Juice Mobile app or the Juice Cardholder Portal

The Legacy Enhancement card provider, Juice Financial, has switched their bank provider to First Century Bank, N.A.

If you have your new card and already activated, you’re all set!

Yes. Please activate your new card as soon as possible to have full access to your account. You may activate by calling (800) 961-8206 or by visiting juicefin.com/activate.

If you begin to see transactions that you do not recognize or did not initiate, please contact support at (800) 961-8206 immediately. 

Yes! Your scheduled loads from Legacy Enhancement will continue as normal. For questions about upcoming loads, please contact your Legacy Trust Officer directly. 

Yes, you should continue uploading proof of purchases as normal unless told otherwise by your Legacy Enhancement Trust Officer.

Any remaining balance from your old card has been automatically moved to Juice’s new bank. Your funds are immediately available for you to begin using either through your Juice Mobile app, Juice Cardholder Portal, or if you have your new physical card. 

All new Legacy Enhancement Trust cards have a chip on the front of the card and have a black back of card. If your card does not have a chip or has a white back of card, that is the old card. Your new card includes several new features including:

  • Larger, more legible back of card information.
  • Premium satin finish with black front and back of card.
  • Mastercard Secure 3D Hologram on front of card for additional cardholder security.
  • EMV Chip on card.

Your new Legacy Enhancement Trust card was mailed in early December to the address we have on file. If you’ve recently moved and believe your card may have been sent to an old address or lost, please reach out to our support team and let us know.

If you have not received your new card by December 30th, 2024. Please contact our support team at (800) 961-8206.

All old cards were shut down effective December 23rd, 2024, and are no longer useable. To learn how to access your funds while you wait for your new card, review the above items. 

Store your old card in a secure place until you have your new Legacy Enhancement Trust card. When you have your new card, you may dispose of your old card. 

You received the account movement email because your new Legacy Enhancement Trust card was not activated by December 22nd, 2024. 

Your account was automatically moved by Juice Financial to their new bank partner, First Century Bank, N.A. on December 23rd, 2024.
