On August 5th, 2024 Juice Financial transitioned partner banks from Metropolitan Commercial Bank (MCB) to First Century Bank, N.A. (FCB). The change wasn’t easy but it allowed us to create new, better programs for our clients and cardholders. For those cardholders that opted to stay with Juice will be getting a new premium card, new Juice mobile banking app plus Mastercard Benefits included at no cost.
The last opt-in date was August 4th at midnight, Eastern time.
Request a new card through the same process you used to get your initial card. If you did this through your employer, it is important to request a new card from them again.
If you missed the opt-in window, your account was closed on August 5th, 2024.
All cardholders that did not opt-in to keep their Juice card by August 4th would have had their MCB cards closed. All remaining balances on those cards will be sent to those cardholders by check in the mail.

They will provide shipping information (if available) and will answer any of your questions related to your new Juice card.
If you opted-in with the assistance of a PEO, your employer or other business issuing you a Juice card, please reach out to them for information about the status of your card.
You have until September 4th, 2024 to receive and activate your new card. After this date any available funds on your old card will go to your new card with our new bank. When you receive your card all you need to do is activate it and your funds will be transferred over instantly.
Yes, your new card will include premium plastics, a new 3D Secure Mastercard hologram logo on the front, new easier to read card information on the back,our issuing bank on the bank will now read First Century Bank, N.A. and finally, cards will also include an EMV chip embedded in the front of the card (Progress & payPremier programs do not include EMV chips).
Through your employer or anywhere you have your account and routing information stored you will need to update the routing number to (insert new routing number). Your account number remains unchanged.
Immediately after you activate your new card. If you have an upcoming deposit that you’re expecting to hit your account with in a few days wait until that happens then activate your new card so all funds will transfer automatically to your new card.
Your funds automatically transfer to the new card upon activation.

Step 1: Confirm with your employer or payroll provider that they processed your expected payment for the pay period in question.
