Juice offers general purpose reloadable cards, pay cards, rewards cards and
commercial payment products. If opted into the SMS messaging, you will receive
account updates as you text commands to us such as:
• START- Text START to activate this Juice account SMS service.
• BAL- Shows the current balance on your Juice account
• LAST- Shows the most recent transaction made on your Juice account
• PEND- Shows the pending direct deposit amount into your Juice account
• HELP- Shows you Juice’s contact information
• INFO- Shows you a list of available commands regarding your Juice account
• STOP- This command will stop the text messages regarding your Juice
account
Joining this SMS service is optional. You will receive one message per transaction
and command texted to the short code.
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us
and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is
best to contact your wireless provider. Carriers are not liable for delayed or
undelivered messages.
Juice does not share your SMS data with third parties.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the short code
number. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS
message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer
receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the
first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
