We are thrilled to announce new benefits! Effective June 1, 2023, newly opened Juice Prepaid Mastercard cards from eligible employers are offered the following cardholder benefits.

Cellular Protection Plan
- Use your cell phone with confidence, knowing that if you put eligible charges on your Juice Prepaid Mastercard, Mastercard will reimburse you for eligible expenses related to stolen or damaged cellular wireless telephones.
- The maximum liability is $600 per claim and $1,000 per Juice card per 12-month period. Each claim is subject to a $50 deductible. Coverage is limited to two (2) claims per Juice Card per 12-month period.
- To receive coverage, you must charge your monthly eligible cellular wireless telephone bill to your Juice card.

Extended Warranty
- When putting eligible charges on your Juice Prepaid Mastercard, Mastercard will extend the consumer warranty for eligible purchases up to a maximum of 24 months!
- The maximum benefit for repair or replacement shall not exceed the actual amount charged on your Juice Card or $10,000, whichever is less.
- Extended Warranty doubles the original manufacturer warranty up to a maximum of twenty four (24) months on most items you purchase.
- If you purchase a service contract or an optional extended warranty of twenty four (24) months or less on your item, Mastercard will cover up to an additional twenty four (24) months after both the original manufacturer’s (or U.S. store brand) warranty and the purchased service contract or extended warranty coverage period end. If your service contract or extended warranty exceeds twenty four (24) months, this coverage does not apply.

Price Drop Protection
- Rest easy making an eligible purchase, knowing if the price drops on eligible products purchased with your Juice Prepaid Mastercard, you can get back the difference from Mastercard!
- Purchases you make entirely with your Juice card are covered for thirty (30) days from the date of purchase as indicated on your receipt for the difference between the price you paid, and the lower price advertised.
- Coverage is up to $250 per claim and four (4) claims per Juice card per 12-month period. Claims are eligible for a $50 minimum benefit.
- To be eligible you must purchase the new item entirely with your Juice card.

- Eligible cardholders can gain access to a number of Identity Theft resolution services, should they believe they are a victim of Identity Theft.

- Juice covers the cost of these benefits, so there is no cost to employers or cardholders.
- Who is eligible?
- These benefits are for employees of eligible employers who open a Juice card after 5/15/23. Each card benefit has eligibility requirements.
- I’m currently a Juice customer, and I’d like to offer these benefits to my employees. How can I go about doing so?
- If you are a current employer customer of Juice, please contact your Customer Success Manager to learn about how you can get these benefits for your employees at no cost.
- What is a Cellular Protection Plan?
- A Cellular Protection Plan gives cardholders peace of mind knowing if their eligible cellular wireless device is ever damaged or stolen, Mastercard will provide them with the necessary funds to either replace or repair their cellular wireless device, per eligibility rules.
- What is covered under the Cellular Protection Plan?
- Stolen or damaged cellular wireless telephones.
- What kind of coverage will the cardholder receive with the Cellular Protection Plan?
- Reimbursement for the actual cost to replace or repair a stolen or damaged eligible cellular wireless telephone.
- What is covered under the Extended Warranty?
- To get coverage: The cardholder must purchase the new item entirely on their Juice card.
- Extended Warranty doubles the time period of the cardholder’s Covered Purchase’s original Manufacturer’s Warranty or Store Warranty up to a maximum of twenty-four (24) months following the day that the Manufacturer’s Warranty or Store Warranty expires, per eligibility rules.
- To get coverage: The cardholder must purchase the new item entirely on their Juice card.
- How does the cardholder make a claim under the Cellular Protection Plan or Extended Warranty?
- Call 1-800-Mastercard or go to www.mycardbenefits.com.
- What is Price Protection?
- If the cardholder purchases an eligible product and sees it advertised at a lower price, Mastercard will provide coverage for the difference between the actual cost of the item (excluding taxes, storage, shipping, and handling costs) and the advertised lower price, per eligibility rules.
- How does Price Protection work?
- To get coverage: The cardholder must purchase the new item entirely on their Juice card.
- The cardholder must see either a printed advertisement or non-auction Internet advertisement for the same product (advertisement must verify same manufacturer and model number) for a lower price within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase as indicated on their receipt.
- To get coverage: The cardholder must purchase the new item entirely on their Juice card.
- How does a cardholder file a Price Protection claim?
- Call 1-800-Mastercard to request a claim form. The cardholder must report the claim within sixty (60) days of the incident or the claim may not be honored.
- Submit the following documentation within one hundred and eighty (180) days of the advertisement’s publication:
- Completed and signed claim form.
- A copy of the printed advertisement that shows the date of the advertisement, retailer name, the product (advertisement must verify same manufacturer and model number), and sale price.
- Receipt showing the item(s) was purchased.
- Statement showing item(s) purchased and use of accumulated point.
- Itemized purchase receipt(s).
- Any other documentation that may be reasonably requested by us or our administrator to validate a claim.
- Submit the following documentation within one hundred and eighty (180) days of the advertisement’s publication:
- Call 1-800-Mastercard to request a claim form. The cardholder must report the claim within sixty (60) days of the incident or the claim may not be honored.
- How does ID Theft Protection work?
- Eligible cardholders must activate their account on the Mastercard website.
