Clear rules for sensitive information.
This page summarizes how Juice approaches data governance and information handling. Detailed security documentation and access requests stay in the controlled Security & Trust Portal.
How sensitive information is handled.
Information is classified
Sensitive information is identified and handled according to its classification.
Access follows role
Access to sensitive information is limited to people whose role requires it.
Handling is governed
Transfer and storage of sensitive information follow Juice's information-security policy.
Responsibilities stay clear
Your organization keeps its program decisions. Data ownership and handoffs are defined during implementation.
What does this page cover?
A plain-language summary of how Juice governs sensitive information: classification, role-based access, and governed transfer and storage. It does not describe systems, vendors, or program-specific controls.
What is public, and what needs controlled review?
Governance principles, the Privacy Policy, and the split of responsibilities between Juice and your program are public. Data-flow diagrams, security questionnaires, vendor-risk materials, and program-specific controls are shared through the Security & Trust Portal after the right review. A request does not guarantee release.
What should an implementation team ask next?
Ask how your workflow will exchange data, who owns each decision, what reporting you need, and how exceptions are handled.
Need deeper security evidence?
Our Trust Center explains the public-safe foundation. For security documentation and access requests, continue to Juice Financial's Security & Trust Portal.
