Card Management

5.1Viewing Your Card

Click 'Card' in the left sidebar. This displays your Juice Financial Mastercard Debit card (black card with chip and Mastercard logo), its current 'Active' status badge in green, and the 'View Virtual Card' button.

5.2Viewing Virtual Card Details

The virtual card feature reveals your full card number and CVV for online purchases. It is protected by a one-time passcode (OTP) sent to your registered phone number and auto-closes after approximately 60 seconds.

  1. Click View Virtual Card
On the Card page or Dashboard card widget, click 'View Virtual Card'.
  2. Enter OTP
A 'Verify Identity' modal appears. Enter the 6-digit code sent to your phone in the individual input boxes.
  3. View Card Details
The 'Virtual Card' modal opens showing: full 16-digit card number, cardholder name, expiration date, and CVV.
  4. Copy Details
Use the 'Card Number' and 'CVV' copy buttons to copy each value to your clipboard individually.
  5. Auto-Close Timer
A countdown timer (~60 seconds) is displayed. Card details are hidden automatically when the timer reaches zero. Click 'Close' to dismiss manually.
Important
Never share your CVV or full card number with anyone. The auto-close timer is a security feature designed to prevent unauthorized viewing of your card details.

5.3Locking & Unlocking Your Card

If your card is lost, stolen, or compromised, lock it immediately to prevent new transactions. The card can be unlocked at any time.

  1. Locate the Lock Button
On the Dashboard card widget, click the red 'Lock' button — OR — navigate to Settings → Security → Lock / Unlock Card.

Section 07

Receipts

The Receipts section is a standalone receipt management hub. Unlike 'Expense It' in Transactions (which attaches receipts to a specific card transaction), the Receipts page allows you to upload receipts independently — useful for expenses paid outside your card or general reimbursement requests not tied to a specific transaction.

7.1Uploading a Standalone Receipt

  1. Open Receipts
Click 'Receipts' in the left sidebar.
  2. Click Upload Receipt
Click the 'Upload Receipt' button in the top right corner.
  3. Attach File
Drag and drop your receipt or click to browse. Accepted: JPEG, PNG, GIF, PDF. Up to 5 files per upload.
  4. Enter Title

  5. Enter Amount & Date
Enter the receipt amount. The date defaults to today — change if the receipt is from a different date.
  6. Select Category
Click the 'Category' dropdown and choose the appropriate expense category.
  7. Add Notes (Optional)
Add any relevant context in the 'Notes' field.
  8. Submit
Click 'Upload Receipt' to save and submit the receipt for review.

7.2Managing Your Receipts

Once receipts are uploaded, they appear in the Receipts list. When empty, the page shows 'No receipts yet' with a prompt to begin uploading. As receipts are added, they are listed with their status, allowing you to track which have been reviewed and which are pending approval.

Section 08

Request Load

Request Load allows you to send a formal request to your program administrator to add funds to your Juice card. Submitting a request does not automatically add funds — your administrator must approve and process it.

8.1Requesting Funds

  1. Open Request Load
Click 'Request Load' in the left sidebar.
  2. Enter Amount
Click the 'Amount' field and type the dollar amount you are requesting.

  4. Submit Request
Click the blue 'Submit Request' button to send the request to your administrator.
Note
Contact your administrator directly if you have urgent funding needs that cannot wait for the standard review process.
Section 09

Payouts

The Payouts sidebar item leads to the External Cards management page — the same page accessible via Move Money → External Cards. It allows you to link personal debit cards and transfer funds from your Juice card to those cards.

Tip
See Section 4.3 to add an external card and Section 4.4 to send a payout. Both Payouts and Move Money → External Cards open the same page.

Important
If you are charged a fee at an AllPoint ATM inside a 7-Eleven, contact Juice Support immediately at (855) 687-2114. These third-party fees are outside Juice Financial's control but should always be reported.
